ABOUT SUSAN

Susan Milliman, OTR/L, is a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in Myofascial Release (MFR). Susan has been an OT for 27 years, and she has practice MFR almost exclusively for the past 17 years. She first discovered the amazing benefits of MFR to reduce pain while improving flexibility, strength, and function during a John F. Barnes seminar. Susan was hooked! Treatment of soft tissues was the missing link in traditional therapy, and providing MFR made all the difference to improving patient outcomes.

When Susan is not practicing, she can be found enjoying time in the great outdoors on her farm.

ABOUT JESSICA

Jessica has been working with Dr. Stege and the patients of Stege Chiropractic Health Center since 2018. She is kind, caring and compassionate and is the first person you will see when you walk through the door. She will handle all scheduling for both Dr. Stege and Susan and also answer any insurance related questions you may have.
